Niki has been working as a Montessori Directress and running the schoool since 1998. Since then she has been committed to providing a complete Montessori education encorporating a wide variety of subjects.
She is passionate about developing a childs independence, confidence and love of learning, within the happy secure settings of the Montessori School. Niki has an Honours Degree (Bachelor of Arts) and a Higher Diploma in Montessori Education.
She was joined by Gillian Bond and Aislinn McAuliffe in 2001. Gillian and Aislinn have studied extensively and are both loyal to the ethos of the school, to Niki and are both excellent with children.
In September 2014 Jane joined the school as the second Montessori teacher. Jane shares Niki's enthusiasm and appreciation for the Montessori method of education for young children. She has a degree in Early Childhood Studies, and a Higher Diploma in Montessori Education. Most recently Claire Sanders joined the school, in September 2016.
